STELLA

My name is Stella. My husband and I have lived in beautiful Oregon for just over a decade. We try to live life as "naturally" as possible. I spend most of my time now either working in my garden or kayaking down nearby rivers. All this gardening, of course, takes a toll on my back, and ever since I tore my right ACL I have had a near constant pain in my knee. Three months ago, about the time that I was preparing the soil, a friend suggested I start taking joint supplements; I've come to love them. Have to admit: I was never really a "supplement person," but they really do ease the pain, especially while I'm out gardening. And since my vegetable garden is twice as big as it was last year, I need all the help I can get!

I'd like to hear your experiences living life "naturally" and healthfully. It's a daily challenge, but definitely worth the effort and time.

Yours,

Stella

MADISON

Hi everyone. My name's

Madison

I just started working at my first full-time job in a fabulous

New York

office! Apart from the commute (I live in

Queens

), everything is great! I usually eat healthy, I take vitamins (B,C and E) as well as a fitness supplement, which was recommended by two chiropractors I know. A lot of my running friends are also taking supplements to help them recover quickly from big workouts.

I try to stay healthy and stress-free as much as possible by running every other day and doing early morning yoga. Those 5AM stretches are absolutely the perfect thing to wake me up! I'm looking for more tips and advice to keep my new life in the city healthy and happy.

Cheers!

Madison

KATELYN

Hi! My name is Katelyn and I'm a sophomore at a small private college in PA. I'm always trying to be healthier in my diet, but I love chips and soda and all sorts of junk food, so it's really hard. My mom is always on my case about being healthier, so she sends me vitamins and supplements all the time. I (reluctantly) started taking them, and have noticed that I'm catching colds far less often than I used to freshman year.

I've told all the girls on my floor about them and hopefully, we'll all be healthier next semester. I do get lots of exercise, because I'm on my school's lacrosse team. I love sports, but I only really know how to work out in a team or group environment. I decided to start blogging here for tips to improve my health and diet and also for advice on how to exercise by myself!

Sincerely,

Katelyn
